Academic Departments

The College of Engineering is comprised of three academic units, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering , Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and Department of Mechanical Engineering. These academic departments prepare undergraduate and graduate students to face the challenges of a rapidly changing world of applied science and technology. Well-equipped laboratories and state-of-the-art computational facilities supplement the teaching of courses by experienced full-time faculty. Small class size and focus on the success of students are paramount. All engineering programs are accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) and all engineering technology programs are accredited by the Technology Accreditation Commission (TAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET). Temple College of Engineering offers M.S.E. and Ph.D. programs as well as professional graduate certificates.
